Kimberly Carcone, Senior Director, Trade Show and Event Marketing joined the Toy Industry Association in September of 2007. Prior to coming to TIA, Ms. Carcone has served in various leadership positions at ALM Events, a division of American Lawyer Media, E.W. Williams Publications, Miller Freeman, Inc., VNU Business Media, The American Society of Interior Designers and the Council on the Arts for the City of Long Beach. Since joining TIA, American International Toy Fair has been awarded two Gold Grand Awards from Trade Show Executive magazine: Against All Odds and the Greatest Show on Earth.

Raymond L . Bianchi is the Vice President and Group Show Director at Cygnus Business Media. He has launched over 17 global events including major events in Brazil, Vietnam and China. He has worked as a director for major companies including Advanstar, UBM, Miller Freeman and CONEXPO/CONAGG. He lives in Chicago and is a graduate of the University of Iowa.

Rebecca Morrison has worked for Cooperating School Districts of Greater St. Louis since 2004. CSD is a K-12 education consortium which provides many services, including professional development conferences for school employees. Recently named the organization's Social Media Coordinator, Rebecca previously worked in Distance Learning. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia.
