Reed Expo Acquires Russian Promotional Products Show

Reed Exhibitions has acquired its 15th event in Russia, the semiannual Institute of Professionals in Specialty Advertising (IPSA) Promotional Products. The first IPSA trade show for the promotional products industry under Reed management will take place Feb. 11-13 at the Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center in Moscow.

In a statement, Reed officials describe the show as “a specialized trade exhibition dedicated to advertising and promotional products as well as related items for b-to-b clients.” IPSA launched in 1999 and in the intervening years it “has become the leading event in the promotional products market in Eastern Europe.”

Reed plans to make the event a “hub for business trends,” according to Yury Stolbovsky, business development director for.

“The former organizers have turned the IPSA into an important and powerful trade show,” he says. “It is now our task to enhance and expand the event with our know-how, additional means and expertise as a globally operating exhibition organizer.”

The spring and autumn editions of the promotional products show typically attract about 200 exhibitors.
