Nicole Buraglio has been promoted to managing director of the Collective Group for dmg events USA from marketing director for two ad:tech North America events. She will handle P&L for 16 annual conferences tailored to high-level marketing executives.

Janet Levy, a 25-year industry veteran, has joined Shepard Expo’s west coast team to support company growth in the Los Angeles market by developing and servicing a growing list of clients and programs in the region.

Shannon Densmore joined Group Delphi as the new executive producer of digital content to oversee the company’s growing digital services. Previously, Densmore produced media projects for the Smithsonian, National Geographic, the History Channel and more.

Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services welcomes two new staffers:
• Industry veteran Patricia Hayes has joined Edlen’s Chicago office as director of sales. Previously, Hayes held national director of sales and operations roles at Freeman Audio/Visual and American Express.
Steven Rubalcava has joined Edlen’s team in Anaheim, Calif. as a national sales manager. Rubalcava has spent the past 17 years working for the Hilton and Hyatt corporations.

The International Exposition Center (I-X Center) added two sales members:
Travis Poppell has joined as director of sales and will be responsible for developing and leading the I-X Center sales team to identify and cultivate new major trade shows, conventions, large consumer events and other new business opportunities.
Lisa Shields has joined as associate director of sales and will manage the development of sales leads, building new relationships, networking with existing partnerships and assisting with identification of new business opportunities for large conference and consumer events.
