Hanley Wood has promoted Katie Weeks to editor-in-chief of ECOBUILDING Network. Weeks was previously editor-in-chief of the company’s ECOSTRUCTURE magazine.

UBM Tech has named Sandra Wallach as chief financial officer. Wallach was formerly vice president of finance at MiaSole.

Anthony Kubanin has been named to the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC-Americas) board. Kubanin also serves as and IT analyst at Ivey Spencer Leadership Centre.

Tracy Harris has been named senior vice president of Advanstar Powersports Group. Harris was previously president of the company’s expos group.

The Expo Group has named Jason Miller as vice president of national sales. Miller joined the company in 1997 and has worked in a number of departments during his tenure.

David Brull, Derek Jenkins and Eileen Kornmeyer have all joined Access TCA as account directors. Brull was recently a national account director at MC2. Jenkins joins the company from CDM Media, where he was media and sales director. And Kornmeyer previously lead a sales team at Hanley Wood Exhibitions.

VisitPittsburgh has hired Tamara Whiting as its new national sales director. Whiting was formerly an account manager and social media trainer at Expion, LLC.

Roberta Rinker-Ludloff has been named senior vice president of sales and client services for LA Tourism. Rinker-Ludloff has filled executive-level sales and marketing roles for more than 30 years. Aslo, Klaus Peters has been named vice president of client services. Peters has an extensive background in hospitality management that spans the globe.

Experient Sales Network has named Ken Arnold, Dean Schultheiss, Beth Shalit and Alejandro Vazquez as national account managers.

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa has named Kristi Purvis as wedding and special events manager. Purvis was formerly CEO and owner of Kiss The Bride Wedding & Event Planning.

Craig Dooley has been named as senior vice president of George Little Management. In his newly created role, Dooley will oversee the strategy, operations and expansion.

Questex has promoted Lain Tonna as president of Questex-McLean events. Tonna joined the company in 2000 as head of operations.
