The International Woodworking Fair (IWF) has been in Atlanta since 1992—and it’s going to stay through at least 2018.
The biennial show, sponsored by the Woodworking Machinery Manufacturers of America and Woodworking Machinery Industry Association, brought about 13,000 attendees and more than 800 exhibitors to the Georgia World Congress Center in 2012. It’ll return Aug. 20-23 next year.
“We are enthusiastic about the next three IWF shows,” says Richard Hannigan, chairman of IWF 2014, in a statement. “Atlanta is a strong transportation hub and destination. We have strong relationships within the Atlanta hospitality community, and our demographics are strong on the East Coast.”
IWF serves commercial and residential buyers and sellers from around the world.
