Diversified Business Communications expands event portfolio




Portland, ME-based trade show, publishing and eMedia company Diversified Business Communications has expanded its global event portfolio with several acquisitions. The company has acquired Infocast India, a magazine publisher and event organizer, Spar Point Research, a Massachusetts-based conference and exhibits organizer, and dmg world media’s Australian trade events, which include designEX, FoodPro and Building Services & Maintenance Expo.

Diversified now has divisions in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, Hong Kong and India.
