If you want to grow your show, start with your sales team. If you can motivate your salespeople, they'll grow your show for you. Sometimes personalized incentives are the way to go, tailoring rewards for each of your salespeople. Some salespeople respond to frequent payouts. To keep your sales team motivated after they reach their goals, you can increase their commissions for subsequent sales. Short-term bonus incentives can produce quick results.
