EXPO asked a variety of thought leaders to share what they would change about the industry if they could and why. The diverse answers covered such hot issues as the need for audits, more show interaction, facility hall improvements, measurements for return on investment (ROI), the need for a governing body and for unified industry representation. Learn what’s on the minds of the people leading some of the industry’s most influential organizations.
